Ampelis Health Clinic Improvement / Remodel

The project was a tenant improvement/remodel for a mental health clinic in South Ogden. The project included demolition and disposal of all existing flooring & base, selective demolition of storefront windows, ceiling tiles, & misc. electrical, HVAC, & plumbing items. It included framing new walls, drywall, insulation, repainting the space, new flooring & base throughout, all new light fixtures, and other electrical & HVAC upgrades, a new reception desk, and window films.
