Gurr Construction recently completed a 2,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Viva Orthodontics in Bountiful, transforming the second floor of an existing dental office building into a modern, fully customized orthodontic practice. The project involved a complete interior demolition, followed by a full rebuild tailored to the client’s operational needs, patient experience, and specialized equipment requirements. Every aspect of the space was reimagined, from the layout and infrastructure to the finishes and final details.

The remodel included significant upgrades to the building’s electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to support new treatment areas, imaging equipment, and clinical spaces. In addition to installing all new walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, and interior finishes, the project required careful planning to integrate specialized orthodontic equipment and maintain compliance with healthcare facility standards.
